Instead of shooting from the hip and having all this confusion about who is going to do what race, we have decided to work together and form a "committee" to over see the race each year going forward.
The members of the committee are:
Ted Simmerman
Jeremy Craig
Craig Fowler
Gary Kuyekendall (<< sorry Gary I tried to spell it
)
Scott McBroom
The purpose of this committee will be to appoint a "race director" (who may or may not be a member of the committee) to run the race each year, to develop the rules of the race, and to vote on any issues that arise on race day unless on of the members is directly involved with the pass being disupted.
We will be meeting soon to determine issues like which track, what date, which rules etc.
This year's race director will be Gary Kuyekendall (<<sorry again Gary)
