If the one that was in it was a 1 piece u can reuse it depending on where you put the engine in the truck in relation to where the old one was. Truck pro does great, have had numerous driveshafts done there.

Let me know what your length is tailshaft to the pinion yoke. I had one for this combo using standard v8 swap motor mounts in my truck. Originally a 4 cylinder 5 speed. Swapped out my 350 for a th400, but I'm pretty sure I got a whole new shaft for that.

Also, truck pro is awesome if you opt for a new shaft.

i just went through the whole s10 drive shaft thing with my sons drag truck. I used Jeff at Fleet Pride on Brooks rd. I have had him fabricate or repair my drive shafts for some time now and out of ten or so i have not had one problem. He really knows his stuff. Some times its cheaper to have a new one built because of the tubing size. On a factory shaft the yokes and tube have to come from G.M. If you let him build you one from scratch you can use 1310 or 1350 u joints  and the tubing all the drive shaft shops stock, and if you are running a 7.5 rear end you will have to use a conversion joint at the rear u joint. i want to say it cost me about 250.00 to have a shaft made from scratch with all new materials, yokes and u joints.
